At Sarah Taylor Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new artwork isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack with Care
Carefully repackage the artwork in its original protective sleeves and heavy-duty shipping box to ensure it arrives back at our studio in pristine condition.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our curators inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
